Terms of use

Nashrly is a platform that generates post images, writes the captions in Arabic, and assembles the two into designs ready to publish — with an idea bank and a month plan tied to Saudi occasions on the Umm al-Qura calendar.

By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

One account per business. Sharing the account with parties outside your business is not allowed.

Your first month is free and comes with 80 credits — enough for roughly 16 complete posts.

The output is yours. You hold the right to use the images, designs and captions commercially, with no obligation to credit Nashrly.

And you are responsible for it. Review every post before publishing: the content is machine-generated and may contain an error or an inaccurate claim, and what you publish in your business name is your responsibility.

Images you upload must be yours to use — do not upload other people's images without permission.

You may not use the platform to produce: content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or infringes someone else's intellectual property, or misleads consumers with false claims, or defames people or organisations, or impersonates a brand you do not own.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service or work around usage limits by automated means.

A violation suspends the account with no refund.

Auto-publishing to Instagram and Facebook is currently paused pending Meta's review. Until it is ready, download your design and caption and publish them yourself — the rest of the platform works fully.

When connecting opens, you grant us explicit permission to publish on your behalf, and you can withdraw it at any time from your account settings or from your Meta settings.

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: we may pause it for maintenance or updates, and generation may be delayed or fail for reasons at the external AI providers.

If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, its credits are returned to your balance.

The service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability to you is limited to what you paid over the last three months.

We are not liable for any indirect loss — such as lost profit or reputation — arising from content you published or from an interruption of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend your account if you breach these terms, and we tell you why.

Download your designs before deleting — afterwards there is no recovery.

We may update these terms, and we notify you by email before any material change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
