Questions agencies ask

Who owns the client relationship?+

You do. Your clients contract with you, pay you and talk to you. We never contact them directly.

Can we set our own prices?+

Yes. You pay us a flat monthly fee and charge your clients whatever you decide. There is no revenue share and no minimum resale price.

What about AI costs?+

Included. Every plan comes with a monthly pool of AI credits that covers model usage. If you need more, extra credits are available as packs.

What are the contract terms?+

Month-to-month, cancel any time. An annual plan is optional and gives you two months free.

Where is the data hosted?+

On DigitalOcean and Google Cloud, in EU and US regions. Each partner has its own tenant, and you can export at any time.

Do you support non-Shopify stores?+

Shopify is fully integrated today. WooCommerce and other platforms work through manual catalogue import, and native integrations are on the roadmap.

Can you add features for us?+

Yes. Custom work — integrations, templates, workflows — is available as paid development scoped together with you.
